One fine day my laptop display went off.. Being new to Bangalore I thought will have to struggle a lot to get a good and pocket friendly workshop.. But I just got lucky and found them on Google.. I spoke with them around 1 pm.. 5.30 they were here at my doorstep.. They did initial troubleshooting but nothing worked.. They took my laptop, within hour communicated the issue and price which I have to pay.. Whoa! 8 pm My laptop was ready and they delivered it too.. Amazing lightening fast service.. 100% recommended.. Service is exceptionally good with the prompt service. Also suggested ways of working and to get better system performance. His behavior was very pleasing and optimistic attitude. Installing LAN drivers was the root cause of the problem which was solved immediately. I had been following up with other service centers but could not get help. SLS Computers has provided me end to end solution. I will recommend all to approach SLS computers first before searching else where. Service charges are also reasonable.
Had Mr. Ramesh visit again for assistance with another laptop issue. He resolved the issue effectively. However this time the home visit was somewhat delayed /not as prompt as the first time which they said was on account of their busy schedule. They did apologize for the delay - and so will give them credit for that. But if you need their help urgently, it would be helpful for you to specify that to them when you call them so they can prioritize the visit accordingly. We did not specify the urgency and perhaps that's why the delay. Service-wise, would certainly recommend them.
I had some problems with the CPU of my HP pro desktop. Mr Ramesh of the firm interacted with me and explained the new best configuration and accordingly upgraded. I had a problem of very slow performance. Usually people use the easy option of formatting the disk saying there must be virus and re-installing OS. We all know how painful it is more so when you have lot of personal data and multiple applications installed on the system. Jayanth tried to avoid it by clearing the virus and he showed how my anti-virus software had not captured it. Very professional and very polite. Thank you Ramesh for patiently explaining many things. My laptop is fine !...
